Your item arrives at your doorstep. Inspect the package upon delivery and confirm receipt through your Arena account.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your Arena dashboard. Track your package in real-time through our order details page. You will see status updates at each stage of the delivery process -- from dispatch, to in-transit, to out for delivery, and finally delivered.

What if my package is delayed?
Contact our support team and we will investigate the status of your delivery with the carrier. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or destination accessibility, and we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, you can update your delivery address before the order ships. Once the package has been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer delivery times than the estimates listed above.
Is delivery free?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your package. The exact cost is displayed before you complete your purchase so there are no surprises.
