How to connect
Open your vendor dashboard
Go to your Arena vendor dashboard and navigate to Messages, then select Instagram DMs.
Click "Connect Instagram"
Click the Connect Instagram button. You will be redirected to Instagram to log in.
Log in and grant permissions
Log in with your Instagram Business or Creator account. Grant the requested permissions to allow Arena to read your posts and manage messages.
Connection complete
You will be redirected back to Arena with your account connected. Your Instagram posts will begin syncing shortly.
Common issues
I don't see my Instagram account
Make sure your Instagram is converted to a Business or Creator account. Personal accounts cannot be connected. You can switch to a Business account for free in the Instagram app under Settings > Account > Switch to Professional Account.
Connection expired
Instagram tokens expire every 60 days. Reconnect from the Messages page in your vendor dashboard to restore access.
Can't see my posts
Only posts from your connected Business account are shown. If you recently switched account types, try disconnecting and reconnecting.

How to connect
Open your vendor dashboard
Go to your Arena vendor dashboard and navigate to Messages, then select Facebook DMs.
Click "Connect Facebook"
Click the Connect Facebook button. You will be prompted to log in to Facebook.
Select your Facebook Page
Choose the Facebook Page you want to connect from the list of Pages you manage.
Grant permissions
Accept the requested permissions so Arena can read your Page posts and media for product imports.
Common issues
I don't see my Page
You must be an admin of the Facebook Page. If you are an editor or moderator, ask a Page admin to grant you admin access.
Only some posts show up
Only posts with images or videos are importable as products. Text-only posts and shared links are not included.

How to connect
Open your vendor dashboard
Go to your Arena vendor dashboard and navigate to Messages, then select WhatsApp.
Click "Connect WhatsApp Account"
Click the Connect WhatsApp Account button. A Meta Embedded Signup window will open.
Log in to Meta and grant permissions
Log in with the Meta Business account that owns your WhatsApp Business Account. Grant the requested permissions to allow Arena to send and receive messages on your behalf.
Select your phone number
Choose the WhatsApp phone number you want to connect, or register a new one during the signup process.
Connection complete
You will be redirected back to Arena with your WhatsApp Business account connected. You can start receiving and replying to customer messages immediately.
Common issues
The connect button shows "Loading..."
The Meta SDK needs a moment to load. Wait a few seconds and try again. If it persists, check your internet connection or try a different browser.
I don't have a Meta Business Account
You can create one for free at business.facebook.com. You will need a Facebook account to get started.
My phone number is already registered with another WhatsApp account
Each phone number can only be connected to one WhatsApp Business API account at a time. You will need to deregister it from the other account first, or use a different phone number.
Messages are not being received
Make sure your WhatsApp Business account is verified and active. Check that your webhook is properly configured by visiting your connection settings in the Arena dashboard.
Importing Products
Turn social media posts into Arena products
Navigate to Social Media Import
Go to Products, then Import Products, then Social Media Import in your vendor dashboard.
Select your platform
Choose Instagram or Facebook from your connected accounts.
Browse and select posts
Browse your posts and select the ones you want to import as products.
Edit product details
Set the product name, price, category, and description for each import.
Import your products
Click Import and your products will be created with the images from your posts.
